I firmly believe in equality, inclusion, and justice. Love is love, and all genders—whether within or beyond the binary—are valid and beautiful. Pronouns matter because they reflect respect for each person's identity. Black lives matter, and mental health deserves care and attention—burnout is not something to celebrate. I acknowledge the historical injustices of colonization, systemic racism, and unconscious bias, and I’m committed to continual learning and unlearning in pursuit of equity. Ethical marketing is a priority, as I believe in transparency and avoiding harm.
